I've invented programs, written books, developed processes and worked with people, communities and governments around the world.
Now, at 75, I'm wondering whether I've been asking the wrong question.
What if, instead of trying to change the world, I started with one person?
One person with an “IT” — something they really want to make happen.
I give them what I have — my time, experience and resources — and work alongside them to see what we can make happen.
If the experience proves valuable, I ask them: Is there someone you'd like to help flourish?
I genuinely don't know what might happen next.
That's the experiment.
I HAVE A GIFT FOR ONE PERSON...
I'm looking for one person with something they really want to make happen.
It might be an idea you've been sitting on. Something you'd like to create or change. Or a problem you keep bumping into.
Whatever it is, let's call it your “IT”.
And if you're the person I choose, I'll become your Ally.
I don't have a program to put you through.
We'll start with you and your IT.
I'll listen. Ask questions. Challenge assumptions. Share ideas. Help kick roadblocks aside. And explore possibilities with you that perhaps neither of us can see yet.
I don't know where it will lead.
That's part of the adventure.

There isn't one.
I'm offering you my time, experience and resources as a gift. There's no charge.
All I ask is that your IT genuinely matters to you and that you bring curiosity, openness and a willingness to experiment.
I'd also like us to capture the real story of what happens.
What we tried. What worked. What didn't. The wrong turns. The surprises. What we discovered along the way.
I'd like to share that story so what we learn might help someone else.
